• Mr. Satish Charkha, after graduating in commerce stream, he completed his articleship with Chartered Accountants M/S Dalal and Shah, Mumbai. Unfortunately he could not clear group 2 of final year of CA.
• He then took up assignment with Kalyani Group in Accounts department. His astute learning of each and every function of management, he was given responsibility as Plant Head for Jalgaon plant. After spending 25 years with Kalyani Group, Mr. Charkha moved to Dhoot Motors (Honda Cars dealership). He was responsible for overall management of this agency at Jalgaon.
• He then moved to Tulsi Extrusions Ltd., where he was overall in charge for all the functions except Marketing. Before joining Laxmi Eye Institute, he was working as a Sr. Manager – Admin with Jain group. With his over 35 years of rich experience, he has gained very high expertise in senior management.
